CEOs of Fortune 500 Companies

All,

Research the Fortune 500 list. What does it mean for a company to be a part of this list? List one of the companies, the current stock price and the CEO of the company. See which companies your classmates chose and please do not list the same company twice.

    For a company to be part of the Fortune 500 list means that they have great capital gain, sinificant revenue and expansion but also benefit from advances in new technologies,effective marketing campains and strong upper management.
    I choose Wal-Mart, the current stock price is $57.46 and the CEO is Michael T. Duke

    For a company to be in this famous list, it shows that these companies are great ones. They make this list by making millions each day, and these companies that are created, if they wanted to sell them to another ceo, the new ceo would have to pay alot of money for this company. I mean, doesn't the name "Fortune 500" give you what it kinda means?

    Being a fortune 500 company means to be a significant company in not just the product,service,or promise,but also in how you manage and earn the money.In franchise and expansion.(not sure if they are the same thing!)
    I choose Coca-Cola.The CEO is Muhtar Kent,and the stock price is exactly $68.

    If a company were to be or is on the Fortune 500 list then that means that the company is in great progress. The company must be be making progress each and every day and doing great things with their company in order to be on the fortune 500 List. I chose Walt Disney for my company. The CEO is Robert A. Iger, and the stock price is $36.51.

    When a company is on the fortune 500 list it means that the company is doing well. The company I chose was Target, its CEO is Greg W. Steinhafel, the company's stock price is $58.18.

    Being a Fortune 500 company means the company is very sucessful.The company I chose is Starbucks, its current stock price is 44.03. The CEO is Howard Schultz and the company is ranked as #229 on the Fotrune 500 list.

    Being in the Fortune 500 means that your company is really succesful and people like to buy its product. I choose Kraft Foods:D (Mac&Cheese<3:D] Their CEO is Irene B.Rosenfeld. Their stock price currently is $35.48. Their rank is #49.

    Being a fortune 500 company means not only is the company doing well, but is doing better than the others. I choose Hewlett-Packard. The stock price is $28.24, its CEO is Mark V. Hurd, and its rank is #10.

    Being part of a fortune 500 means that your company is one of the top 500 companies in America. I chose Game stop. The stock price is 22.93. and its CEO is Paul Raines

    Being apart of the Fortune500 list means that you are one of the 500 most successful companies in the world. I chose Citigroup. Their stock price is $27.42. It's CEO is Vikram Pandit. it's current rank is #14.

    being in fortune 500 is great that means u are better than others and maybe major company. I choose Sony the stock price is 16.94 and its CEO is Howard Stringer and it's rank is 69.
